How do badge requirements work in NBA 2K27?

Each of the 53 NBA 2K27 badges unlocks at Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Hall of Fame tiers based on attribute thresholds. Single-attribute badges need that one rating; AND badges need every listed attribute to qualify; OR badges need any one of the listed attributes. Most badges also have a height range — builds outside it cannot earn the badge.

What is the difference between AND and OR badges in 2K27?

An AND badge requires every listed attribute to reach the tier threshold at the same time (e.g. Posterizer needs both Driving Dunk and Vertical). An OR badge can be earned through any one of its listed attributes (e.g. Deadeye unlocks through Mid-Range Shot or Three-Point Shot, whichever is higher).

Badges unlock at Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Hall of Fame purely from attribute ratings — the higher the tier, the higher the threshold.

Most badges are only earnable inside a height band — undersized guards can't run big-man badges and vice versa. Check the band before committing attributes.

Meeting a threshold lets you equip the badge tier by spending Badge Tokens, earned by playing games in that badge's category. Unlocking is not the same as wearing it.
